Senior Technical Business Analyst
Job description
Set Solutions is looking for a Sr. Technical Business Analyst to join a client of ours in the Garyville, LA area. This person should be excited about working in a dynamic work environment. You will be working with multiple technical SMEs to create various solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Liaison between the IT teams and the operations team.
- Communicate on system enhancements/alternatives.
- Identify, research, and resolve issues that the business encounters.
- Provide recommendations on how to resolve business needs issues.
- Supports the IT environment by being responsible for 3rd party applications.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- Experience with OSI PI/PI-AF
- Familiarity with O365 tooling
- Data visualization and database proficiency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Garyville, LA 70051: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- PI: 3 years (Preferred)
- Business Analyst: 5 years (Preferred)
