Infosys is seeking a Test Automation Architect,

As a Test Automation Architect, you will act as a Automation SME across business landscape and primary responsibility is assessing end to end automation feasibility across systems. You will conduct Regression and functional test script analysis to evaluate automation feasibility, define automation test strategy & setup robust/scalable automation framework to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design automation scripts and execute tests to simulate real-time scenarios. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 11 years of Information Technology experience
• U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Cambridge, MA or be willing to relocate to the area.

• Experience with Testing strategies and Test Execution, specific to automation are mandatory
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Preferred Experience:

• 11 years of experience with program Management specially managing large teams in Onsite offshore model
• Building relationship with senior management/ Ensure Stakeholder Satisfaction
• Articulating QA value to the client senior management
• Addressing client concerns/escalations
• Program management of key projects
• Directing the team to achieve a common goal
• Understand existing Testing artifacts, regression testing and come up with strategy/approach to baseline Regression suites.

Create Test automation frameworks based on client needs. • Coordinate with client technical SMEs to review and seek feedback

• Automation script development, dry runs, execution and integration with Testing management tools for capturing step level evidence
• Working with compliance/validation team to define validation/qualification criteria for automation suites.
• Evaluate needs for API integration and bring in API automation as needed
• Come up with recommendations and approach to improve automation penetration and integrating with enterprise DevOps framework
• Help design training and best practices for efficient construction and usage of functional test automation tools and frameworks
• At least 5+ year of strong experience in Agile Testing projects.
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and drive business outcomes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
