Job description
This individual will be responsible for quoting service jobs, coordinating rental and customer transportation needs, billing review and warranty determination as well as providing back up coverage for the Branch dispatcher and Parts Associate, as needed.
The Service Administrator Associate is a service-driven individual that will provide excellent customer service to our branch, customers, and vendors.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of related experience and/or education and will enjoy working in a team environment. Effortless communication skills, organization, time management, problem solving, self-motivation and attention to detail are essential for success in this position. Proficiency in Excel is required.
