REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction

• Knowledge of vehicles/parts - Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is a PLUS!

• Above average energy level

• Excellent communication skills

• A desire for a long term career with a growing organization

• Personal and professional integrity

• Experience with general computer programs such as Google Chrome and Microsoft Office

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers promptly

• Obtain customer and vehicle information

• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer

• Determine and recommend needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle

• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts

• Establish follow up time

• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently

• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order

• Explain all completed work and charges to customers

We are looking for a highly motivated, punctual person who is extremely detail oriented to work with our fast-paced, ever-growing auto shop.

• 
  Must have previous experience working as a service writer.

• Must have exceptional customer service skills.

• Must be willing to work weekends.

• Must have basic computer skills.
• Auto industry preferred

• Must be at least 21 years of age

  Must have a valid driver's license for the past at least 3 consecutive years

  Must have or be able to get a Texas driver's license

  Must have a clean driving record
