About the role
Reporting to our Manager of Service Operations, the Service Operations Coordinator will be responsible for acting as a resource to uphold quality and increase productivity within the Professional Services organization, while also providing administrative and analytical support to the existing Operations Team. Additionally, you will help create, roll out and monitor the processes and procedures for the Professional Services organization.
A typical day will include...
- Establishing relationships internally and working collaboratively with Managers and individual contributors
- Defining and managing expectations with team members and stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned
- Creating templates, dashboards and reports for the Services Organization Creating and issuing surveys, then analyzing results and recommending corrective action
- Auditing and confirming the adoption of new processes
- Running and organizing mid-project audits and root cause analysis sessions

- Demonstrated competence, confidence and professionalism that inspires trust with those you work with
- An ability to prioritize tasks/issues/escalations and manage many projects simultaneously
- Analytical skills and the ability to compile, interpret and report on data
- An ability to work in an ambiguous environment
- You have previous experience in SaaS solutions and a Professional Services organization
