Job description
BASIC FUNCTION: An IO’s and distributors Analyst is responsible for processing weekly payments/settlements for our Distributors/Independent Operators (IOs) and answer any questions related to their accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate Excel reports and spreadsheets
- Analyze data
- Create pivot tables to present Distributors.
- Check for price discrepancies.
- Create transactions in our accounting system
- Be able to answer questions regarding accounts.
- Work directly and efficiently with Sales Department.
- Email statements of account on a weekly basis
- Meet check deadlines
- Training new hires or transfers.
- Other duties as needed.
ABILITIES
- Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work with pivot tables
- Attention to detail
- Organized
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, time sensitive environment
- Effective communication in English and Spanish
REQUIREMENT
- Experience in Accounting or Related Discipline
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Computer skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Intermediate/ proficient with Excel (pivot tables/ formulas)
- Desire to learn Great Plains Software (GP)
