Position Summary

This position is in charge of managing one of our working shifts. Shift leads are responsible for completing the duties outlined in the "Baker" job description. Additionally, their duties revolve around direct reports. A direct report provides and demonstrates task instructions, manages attendance, and measures key performance indicators

Full-time and part-time available

Proposed Salary Range $16.00 - $18.00 (Hourly)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Ensure employees reporting to you meet performance expectations
• Effectively instructing other employees on the shift
• Establish a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
• Keep records and produce reports that will help to review the team's performance.
• Meet deadlines
• Approve work hours
• Maintain excellent customer service at all levels

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to exchange non-routine information using tact and persuasion as appropriate
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Notable communication skills
• An eye for detail and accuracy
• Reliable, with high integrity and a strong work ethic
• A team player
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Computer Literacy
• Proactive organizational skills
• Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend, and holiday availability.
