Front of House Staff Duties: Cashiers/Bussers/Hosts

• Operate all front of house needs, greet guests and take orders and payment
• Clear and clean tables after guests leave and reset for new arrivals.
• Follow state and company required safety and sanitation policies at all times.
• You maintain high awareness and involvement during high volume shifts.
• You train new associates regarding recipes, company policies, and safety standards.
• You manage and log cash, give change, and balance the cash drawer.
• You delegate daily tasks and ensure opening and closing procedures are followed.
• You help with inventory when needed and assist with the preparation, baking, storage, and labeling of soft-serve dairy and house-made toppings.
• Perform other duties as necessary

Qualifications

• The right person for this role is self-motivated, punctual, responsible and able to work both individually and as a part of a team.
• For this role, you should have food service management or supervisory experience.
• You can teach others how to follow recipes, and have excellent communication skills.
• You either have a current Food Handlers or Food Safety Manager certification, or you're willing to obtain it upon hire.
• Most importantly, you passionately provide stellar service to all of our guests and you work well on a team as a store leader and helpful associate.
