Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Successfully perform all the duties & responsibilities required for a Shipping Clerk I
  • Confirming and cancelling sales orders
  • Processing DHL shipments
  • Generating international commercial invoices / packing list from AX and manually
  • Adding freight charges & tracking to AX
  • Perform special packing for merchandise kits and customer specific projects
  • Packing and ship Truck Stock Transfers for MTI technicians
  • Auditing packaging, labelling, and document requirement for customer specific projects
  • Other duties as assigned





Competency: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:



  • Ability to perform basic mathematical skills



  • Ability to read scale and record accurate measurements



  • Conversational English, and ability to read labels and documents that are in English



  • Ability to safely drive a forklift, handle a pallet jack and hand truck

  • Ability to lift 75lbs unassisted



  • Work on a concrete floor



  • Stand and walk for entire shifts



  • Some overtime required

Required Education and Experience



  • High School Diploma or High School Equivalency



  • Basic computer skills and learn how to use proprietary software
