Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Create, lead, manage, and optimize Showroom to maximize profitability for SRS Distribution’s exterior luxury products
• Drive operational excellence through innovation and sales generation
• Build human capacity to scale and manage team members through productivity, performance, and career development
• Analyze and pivot sales revenue reports to drive sales and profitability
• Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practices between partners and colleagues
• Measure ROI on projects, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure we're investing in the right tools and resources
• Maintain merchandising for existing and new inventory
• Strive for operational excellence and customer experience to focus on the customer journey
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Education and/or Experience

• 4-year college degree, in Business or a related area, or equivalent related work or military experience
• Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in a similar role
• Full scale Showroom operation experience/knowledge (creation to execution)
• Success creating and developing a team

Skills/Specialized Knowledge

• Continually evaluate the effectiveness of operational procedures and controls to maximize departmental productivity and minimize errors made by staff
• Responsible for ensuring team is adhering to internal controls
• Revise and maintain policies and procedures to ensure changing business requirements are met
• Experience managing and leading cross functional teams
• Proven influencing and collaboration skills
• Must be detailed oriented and possess excellent organizational and time management skills
• Must be analytical and able to solve problems
• Must possess excellent verbal and written skills
• Experience in the building material distribution industry or distribution is preferred
• Must be legally entitled to work in the United States
• Must be able to pass a company required drug test.
• Must be able to read, speak and write the English language to communicate with vendors, staff and executive leadership.
