No late hours, no holidays, and only 1 weekend day per week required (plus a weekday off!)

We are currently seeking applicants in our Hanover location but open to candidates interested in our Framingham and Dorchester locations as well.

Responsibilities:

• Aid customers in locating and purchasing merchandise in store, on www.yaleappliance.com, as well as, processing special orders via phone or in person

• Ensure each customer receives outstanding service by Yale standards

• Execute daily operational, sales goals and priorities assigned by store management

We anticipate the first year income to be between 85k-100k, 2nd year income to be between $125k-$200k, and 3rd year income to be between $150k-$300k+.

Qualifications:

· A passion for customer service

· A great attitude and the willingness to learn

· Ability to work in a team environment

· A commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction

· MUST have pleasant demeanor and professional image and appearance

· Desire and interest in home design and trends

· Background in sales a plus

· 1-3 years’ experience working with customers face to face preferred

· Consent to and pass a criminal background check
