Job Title: SIEM Analyst

Duration: PERM

Rate: $120K

Location: 1 Park Ave – New York, NY- > needs to be onsite 4x a month

(NYU will pay for travel)

Must-haves

- 3+ years of experience managing a SIEM within an enterprise-level information security program

- Strong experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk (preferred)

Experience with SIEM, Anomali, Proofpoint, Crowdstrike, Cylance

A leading hospital system sitting out of New York City is seeking a SIEM Analyst to join their Cyber Security team. This person will use techniques and SIEM tools to create useful intelligence to detect threats in the environment. This SIEM Analyst is expected to be fully aware of the enterprise security goals as established by its stated policies, procedures, and guidelines and to actively work towards upholding those goals. This Analyst will be responsible for level 2 incidents that happen in the environment, supporting the platform & making sure that it is running optimally. As well as adhering to the roadmap of projects and researching capabilities in the analytics space.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
