Snow Xcellence is hiring for our snow team this winter. We're currently looking for reliable, customer focused individuals who are familiar with and enjoy running skid steers, salt trucks, and sidewalk tractors.
We have direct report sites across the Dayton area in Miamisburg, Downtown Dayton, Vandalia, Huber Heights, and Troy. If you have open availability all winter, that is fantastic, but we can work around your other commitments too.
We offer strong pay starting at $35 per hour, on call pay, and an additional $10 per hour perfect attendance bonus paid at the end of the winter. Plus, we pay quickly through direct deposit just days after you work.
