As a Technical Program Manager you will be responsible for the development and implementation of our highly innovative SOC Cellular Radio integrated circuit program. As a key individual planner and driver to our next-generation SOC products, you will work closely with systems, design, firmware, test and manufacturing engineers to bring our revolutionary products to market and into mass production. Key Responsibilities

• Provide complete product life cycle leadership as the Technical Product Marketing Manager for Cellular Radio SoC products
• Drive project execution ensuring priority/task clarity and alignment across the organization
• Keep detail records of action items, owners and status
• Contribute to and drive next generation IC requirements and specifications
• Work with internal and external resources to develop, track and drive customer deliverables
• Develop and manage IC, board and FW project plans using MS project, Smartsheets or similar PM tool

Job Requirements

• BSEE, MS preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in SoC product marketing or program management
• Experience with the development of mixed-signal SoCs, with tightly intertwined RF/Analog/Digital/SW/FW implementations
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively engage subject matter experts
• Strong organizational skills to successfully manage detail and overall plan
• Significant experience with program management methods and tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project or Smartsheets) for plan and schedule creation, critical path management, etc.
• Excellent communicator at all levels
• Capable of working with all relevant disciplines, principally design & systems engineering, with staff located across global locations/time zones
• Design or systems engineering experience
• Comfortable and effective with demanding customers and environments
• A true team player with a genuine desire to work collaboratively to meet quality targets and finish on time
• Experience in delivering technical presentations to various audiences
• Skilled MS Office user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Desirable Skills

• PMP Certification
• Strong technical knowledge in mixed-signal SoC development process or methodologies
• SoC design experience
• Hands-on experience with 3GPP specifications or working with wireless SoC's
• Expertise in using Jira and Smartsheets to manage projects
