POSITION PROFILE
The Social Media Specialist will create, curate and promote engaging content across our Ricoh North America social media channels to drive awareness of the Ricoh brand and portfolio of technology products and solutions. Working with cross functional teams you will promote content that helps grow, engage, and retain followers, and converts them into leads, customers, and advocates of our brand. You will be responsible for developing the social media editorial calendar and reporting on the performance of social media post content across channels.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create monthly social editorial calendars, publishing schedules, and daily posts working with cross functional teams to ensure the content supports our brand platform and go to market campaigns while delivering business value.
- Partner with Creative & Content teams on the development of creative assets to align with the editorial calendar.
- Partner with Talent Brand team to ensure our editorial calendar highlights, our people our culture and our values and positions Ricoh as a great place to work.
- Support key industry verticals by promoting content that positions Ricoh and our stakeholders as Industry experts and increases engagement.
- Partner with Analytics team to establish relevant KPIs, implement dashboards, and provide reporting and analysis of social post performance on a monthly and quarterly basis. Provide actionable insights to inform our content strategy and improve engagement.
- Act as a brand advocate for Ricoh on social media and help promote awareness of our employee advocacy program.
- Keep up to date on the latest social media trends and best practices including the next big thing on social.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 2-3 years of hands-on social media experience developing editorial calendars and social content preferably for a B2B brand.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms, social listening tools, and analytics (Sprinklr preferred).
- Fully remote; EST preferred.
