• We’re looking for a Strategist - Social Media to manage the development and execution of all social media projects for our parent company, V2X, to ensure message and brand consistency and alignment with corporate strategies.

• Provide social strategy best practice guidance, metrics analytics, and trend monitoring
• Support enterprise-wide projects outlined in the company’s corporate communications strategy
• Analyze social media content performance and provide recommendations and insights
• Work with the Communications team to write social copy, monitor engagements, adjust strategy real-time, and report success metrics
• Contribute to a comprehensive editorial calendar across all social properties
• Write, edit, and publish content to ensure a consistent brand voice and message for internal and external communications
• Monitor and engage with social media subscribers and followers by identifying trends
• Contribute to best practices training and education

• Minimum Qualifications
• Education/Certificates: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience:
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or PR
• Skills:
  • Knowledge of defense space and government contracting
  • Strong familiarity and proven track record with managing Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter accounts
  • Passion for data-driven decision-making and understanding of social media analytics
  • Strong communication, prioritization, time management, and organization skills
  • Experience and ability to manage workflow and deadlines
  • Keen eye for aesthetics within creation and curation of visual content
  • Familiarity with content publishing tools
  • Exceptional writing ability and strong understanding of English grammar
