Solar Sales Consultant

We are currently seeking Solar Sales Consultants in the area. This will requires face to face interaction, along with a online presence. This position has the option of selling to consumers and Business to Business.

• Solar Sales Consultants will be provided with the tools and training necessary to rapidly meet their professional and financial goals. A step-by-step training program ensures new representatives have a clear path for a successful career. There is no ceiling to the growth benefits.

Description

$100,000 to $250,000

• Solar Sales Consultants will canvass Areas daily to scheduled solar consultations, educate clients, and close the sale.
• Attend 1 weekly sales trainings, along with daily in person training in the field.
• Qualify and close homeowners that meet the appropriate criteria.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.

• Self-motivated, competitive, problem solver, and competent in overcoming objections.
• Proven track record of field sales experience.
• Must be outcome-oriented. Previous sales work experience of hitting or exceeding targets and examples of providing excellent customer service will be key indicators of success.
• Operate outside of an office environment but within your assigned sales area.
• Strong communicator with excellent language skills. Able to write/type routine correspondence, understand, and interpret documents.
• Able to handle mature conversations with customers, vendors, and other employees in a respectful format.
• Must have access to a vehicle and smartphone at all times.

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

3 years of sales experience (solar or smarthome experience preferred).

Door to Door Experience is a big plus, but not required!
