Manhattan law firm located in the Wall Street area seeking an attorney with special education law experience. Attorney will be joining a quickly growing special education practice and will be responsible for managing a full caseload.
Qualifications:
Minimum of one (1) year of experience prosecuting cases under any of the following statutes:
- Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA)
- Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and accompanying state laws
Salary Range: $90,000-$130,000 (commensurate with experience)
