Special Projects Administrator
Job description
The Special Projects Administrator will work in a fast paced, performance-based environment. They will mainly be working off emails and spreadsheets / Google sheets to assist the Client Services data and reporting. They will be responsible for managing/prioritizing the day to day work to be the most efficient and productive as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain an open line of communication between Client Services and other departments
- Quality review of all data exchanges
- Keep management informed of the status of work being done and data findings
- Distribute and oversee department reports for accuracy: research, identify and address any discrepancies
- Accurately retrieve reports and spreadsheets from the Americor systems
- Maintain confidentialityand professionalism; reliable, punctual, tactful, considerate of others, and practices open communication
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in the financial service industry is a plus
- Good judgment with a highly developed sense of integrity and ability to consistently adhere to company and department guidelines and accurately apply policies and procedures to various situations
- Superior time management, attention to detail, multitasking, and organizational skills; able to work under deadline constraints while completing work accurately and efficiently
- Effective problem solver, able to research issues and resolve challenges with minimal supervision
- Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office programs, Intermediate computer literacy skills, quick and efficient typing skills
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelors degree preferred
