The Walmart EDI / Retail link / Supplier onboarding contact center provides support to suppliers and merchants to help support challenges they face. From onboarding as a Walmart supplier to shipping and invoicing we are the front line for supplier contact. We strive to make it a seamless process for our suppliers and are looking for motivated individuals with good communication and customer service skills to join our team

What you'll do...

We are looking for an applicant who can work in a fast paced environment, taking calls from suppliers who are looking for guidance or technical support. You will spend the majority of your day taking phones calls and creating tickets for support and tracking purposes. This role requires an individual who is a great communicator and detail oriented.

Responsibilities will include...

• Taking incoming phone calls
• Creating incidents with details from phone calls
• Basic troubleshooting
• Ability to follow written direction
• Processing forms suppliers send in
• Excellent note taking and organizational skills
