Job responsibilities:
- Follow and complete daily/weekly cake quantities to be decorated and sold, including special orders.
- Ensure consistent quality and accuracy in decorating
- Ensure adequate decorating supplies are maintained
- Icing and decorate cakes and cupcakes
- Other duties assigned by manager

Job Requirements:
- Must have experience with buttercream whipped cream, ganache, and fondant
- Love for cakes and cake decorating
- Ability to follow/scale recipes, instructions, and procedures
- Ability to operate all necessary bakery equipment
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required (open availability preferred)
- Ability to perform physical requirements of position (extended periods of time on one's feet, lift up to 40 lbs)
- Stand for up to 8 hours
- Strong interpersonal and organization skills
- Ability to listen and communicate clearly
