Job description
  • Performs a wide variety of complex clerical and administrative functions. Exceptional writing skills are essential to this position and are needed for composing, drafting and editing correspondence and presentations.
  • Advance level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Compose written communications including letters, emails, presentations, forms, etc.
  • Communicate verbally to internal staff, clients, and vendors.
  • Manage multiple calendars and schedule client, prospect and vendor in-person /video conference meetings.
  • Manage process for onboarding new clients.
  • Make airline, hotel and vehicle rental reservations.
  • Prepare agendas, letters and other documents for client meetings.
  • Manage consultant tasks and communicate to staff to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain and update client information.
  • Assist with client meeting materials printing and shipping.
  • Filing – including electronic file maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot client questions as needed.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A four-year college degree and/or minimum of five years’ experience supporting senior level executives is preferred.
  • Knowledge of investment consulting or similar financial field preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Top-notch organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $40.74 per hour
