Job description
The Senior Analyst, Local Market Partner/Cold Drink Equipment (LMP/CDE) will report into the Local Marketing Partner /Hotel, Restaurant and café channel (HORECA) Leader and design, deploy and support the center as it relates to Cold Drink Equipment and LMP. This role is responsible for interpreting data and gaining insights into the performance outcome of program elements with CDE & LMP. This position will serve as the main contact for business requirements enhancements needed to run the business.
Position Responsibilities:
- Formulate recommendations based on market performance
- Prioritize and quantify Channel & Brand opportunities for Foodservice and On-premise (FSOP) growth
- Collaborate with Franchise on CDE & LMP program execution (will work directly with the field and be assigned to a specific set of bottlers)
- Ensure achievement of defined milestones, opportunities, and process consistency across key stakeholders and ownerships
- Support development of project plans and management routines related to CDE & LMP
- Collect and synthesize equipment innovation results and assist commercial team in building strong commercial plans for execution
- Work with internal teams to drive automation of critical data needs to understand and track Equipment movement
- Assist in the development and deployment of annual business plans
- Support Director of CDE/Immediate Consumption (IC) in the development of the CDE & LMP performance visibility and various activities to meet the needs of the North American Operating Unit (NAOU) leadership and bottlers
- Assist Bottler CDE Forum that showcases Best In Class CDE processes, equipment, innovation, and pilot programs to drive faster adoption

- Ability to influence others with the ability to sell solutions to key constituents
System Knowledge:

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience working in Commercial / Commercial Ops / Finance / Strategy or applicable fields
- Experience developing business plans / business cases; strategic thinking (forward-looking vision and anticipating of future needs)
- Experience and comfort aligning various stakeholders with differing perspectives to gain consensus.
- Strong analytical thinker
Base Salary: $95,600 to $119,300
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, are offered.
