As an Oracle Cloud Sr. Business System Analyst, you will play the role of subject matter expert and operating resource for a subset of Badger's Oracle Cloud Applications platform. In this role, you will aid in the implementation, process improvements, enhancements, and other tasks that lead to a more effective and efficient organization. You are an experienced professional with strong acumen for technology, who can closely partner with partners at all levels of the company to understand, advise and deliver high quality solutions and outcomes for the business.

• Work with functional leaders, IT, and project teams to create Oracle Cloud Solutions with a creative mind and innovative focus.
• Coordinate and manage cross functional solution dependencies across all Oracle Cloud modules.
• Scope and Architect functional solutions for customers, conduct requirements gathering sessions and create documentation, aide end to end testing development and execution.
• Proactively collaborate with communications and training teams to ensure Oracle Cloud modules updates are organized, well understood, and professionally delivered.
• Champion and lead an exceptional customer experience, using customer insights to identify and exceed customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science or related field
• 10+ years of related business and/or IT experience
• 10+ years of business systems analyst experience
• 5+ years of Oracle Cloud experience that includes Oracle HCM and/or Oracle Cloud Finance experience
• ERP implementation experience
• Expert level understanding of with Oracle Cloud Finance and/or Oracle Cloud HCM and willing to learn
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong competence in capturing and documenting business requirements
• Passionate approach to serving customers
• Ability to balance strategic concerns with day-to-day activities
• Ability to balance experience with new ideas and solutions offered by others
• Resiliency, flexibility, learning agility, determination in face of setbacks
• Results oriented, delivering on commitments consistently
• Solid and proactive risk assessment and creative mitigation mindset
• Experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
• Ability to travel up to 10%
