Sr. Project Manager- Home Healthcare Services
6+ month Contract
Dallas, TX (Remote)

Must have experience with smaller projects in support of multiple biz lines and skilled Home Health. Two examples of projects: would care in skilled home health for nursing attendants- documenting wounds, measurement of wound care and using automated tools that feed into EMR. Other projects- high risk client management data driven- working w EMR vendor side, giving teams a view of which patients are likely to be at risk for hospitalization if intervention is not provided to avoid long-term hospitalization. Touches “connect line” and other health care services. Determine patient care levels from minimum to high level of care. This ensure patients are receiving the right level of care from the beginning. Very important information for Clients. Finding the right level of care for patient.
Very important to stay up to speed with vendors, fix issues, debates & any conflicts. Most projects are vendor based- doing development for the company and providing the company a product- getting into details to make sure it’s set up for Company.

Home Health
Primary care / Hospital Care-Acceptable

Skills & Expectations:
Must be able hit ground and do all basic project management things (mix of waterfall /agile)- Must be flexible on Project Structure /Methodology
Flexibility on project management- depends on vendor and project situation
Intelligent enough- ask for help when needed
Manage conflicts between vendors. There are times you need to pull people in to discuss situations. “ask for help is not a failure”
Project Manager that can work independently with little Upper Management- but ask for help when needed.

Projects terms:
6-12 Month projects (6 month increments), most projects are slated to be a year- can flex
Ideal candidate fits into environment and working with team and management and build a long term working relationship- (Potential for very long term)
100% Remote / Working in CST / Monday – Friday / 8AM – 5PM (ish)
Potential travel (2-3days) for project “Go Lives” to the East Coast
