Job title : Prin Sales Analyst (RemoteRemote)

Description:

Resource/Timeline:

· Hours: 20-25 hours/week

· 4-6 month timeline to learn system & tools, research and capture opportunities

Experience:

· Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

· Provides support to the contracting and pricing function.

· Prepares customer spend and pricing discrepancy analysis against active contracts.

· Conducts statistical analysis on sales data and information to ensure optimal sales execution and attainment of growth objectives.

· Acts as a liaison with the sales team, verifying the accuracy of the data to identify and resolve problems.

· Communicates with customers to inform them of any pricing adjustments identified through these exercises.

· Seeks to identify gaps and opportunities through data review to ensure pricing is optimized with each customer account and system.

· Works with internal resources to ensure adjustments are made correctly.

· Is flexible to support adhoc pricing and analytical tasks for the pricing and contracting team.

· Experience in extracting and analyzing large amounts of data with the use of pivot tables a must.

Project Scope:

· Retrieve 12-month spend reports for ENT contracts, starting with highest volume contracts

· Compare Invoice Spend vs. Spend at Contracted Pricing to identify gaps (in the case of HCA, we identified a 7% or $1M gap)

· Identify location of primary account discrepancies and notify DM/Rep for justification of gap or an All Clear to close gap

· Once approved, submit to TCS a request to Expire pricing and reload contract pricing to eliminate pricing gaps

· Send communication to the affected accounts or system notifying them of price adjustment to comply with contract
