Farnsworth Group is seeking a
Sr.
Survey Crew Chief in our
St. Louis, MO office. This position entails performing a wide variety of surveys in various locations. There is up to 80% expected travel. This is not a contract position; we are looking to fill a permanent position where you will have the opportunity to establish and develop a career in Land Surveying.
Job Activities:
- ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
- Boundary Surveys
- Topographic Surveys
- Construction Layout
- As-Built Pipeline Surveys
- 3D Scanning
- UAV Surveys
Specific Requirements include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 or more years of property surveys, including ALTA and Section Line Surveys
- Experience with GPS, Total Station and Data Collectors
- Ability to organize field notes
- Ability to read Construction Plans
- Experience performing Boundary Research, preferred
- Ability to execute field staking
- Strong math skills
- Valid driver’s license
- 80% travel required
Desired Qualifications:
- Oil & Gas Pipeline experience
- DOT experience
