Responsibilities include:

• Tax compliance preparation & review of: complex multi-state returns, consolidated returns & foreign reporting for both businesses and entities
• Tax technical research and working knowledge and understanding of cross-border tax issues and matters
• Direct interaction with partners & clients, along with management of numerous client accounts
• supervision of Associate accountants
• Understanding of foreign tax concepts for individual and business returns

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with major in Accounting
• CPA preferred
• U.S. GAAP/GAAS knowledge & U.S. tax expertise
• Prior work experience in public accounting with exposure to individual, corporation, and partnership taxation
