Job description

The role of Staff Accountant is to ensure that client deliverables are being met.

Key roles and functions:

• Communication with clients via Teams and Zoom calls
• Ensure client work is done completely, accurately and on time.
• Tax returns - Annual (1120, 1120s, 1065, 1040); Payroll Tax (Multiple States); Sales Tax (Multiple Jurisdictions)
• Client Tax Strategy
• Perform client financial analysis reviews highlighting 1 or 2 focal points on how a client can improve profitability.
• Implement - train - quarterly assessments on a cash management system called Profit First
• Assist with marketing content and strategy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
