Suwannee Valley Nursing Center is a 60-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Jasper, FL. We are currently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team of caregivers.
In this role you will be responsible for preparing nursing department work schedules and find replacements in order to meet corporate, state, and federal staffing guidelines.

What you bring to our team:
- Experience in Patient Per Day (PPD) Scheduling within a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity
- Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
- Problem solving skills
- Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change
