Job description
Under the direction of the Senior Administrative Analyst, respond to end user support requests as the initial point of contact in resolving questions and issues concerning the StarRez Housing Database System.Participate in data input and quality control and analyze issues and data exceptions to provide recommendations on reducing or eliminating their occurrence. Participate in testing and evaluating new or previously unused StarRez functionality and system changes prior to Housing Services acceptance of upgrade and service pack installation. Provide training to end users on basic functionality of StarRez and manage StarRez documentation via standard operating procedures. Assist in resolving customer service inquiries.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Access and Excel, with advanced knowledge of Excel formulas.
