Aventura at Assumption Village is hiring full time and part time STNAs for all shifts!
12 hour shifts available: Dayshift 6:30a-7p Midnight: 6:30p-7a

Shift pick up incentives/bonus's
HUGE RATE INCREASE $15-$17 per hour based off of experience.
Shift differentials for afternoon ($1.50) and midnight shift ($3.00).
HUGE sign on bonus for full time STNAs, $2,400 paid out over 12 months.
Medical/Vision/Dental insurance that goes into effect on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
Requirements:
- Meet resident's needs by assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulating, and feeding.
- Participate in planned in-services and on-going educational training
- Answer call lights timely
- Encourage to exercise resident rights
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Having successfully completed a State approved training program and necessary examination
- If recent graduate of Certified Nurse Aide training class, must povide certificate
- Must be vaccinated against Covid-19, or provide a valid religious/medical exemption
- Effectively communicate with others, have an upbeat positive attitude and love caring for the elderly
- Experience with PointClickCare is preferred, but not required
