We are seeking a Bilingual Sales Lead and sales representative to become an integral part of our team!

ENGLISH AND SPANISH REQUIRED .

Retail Sales Lead is responsible to help organize and run our retail stores. Your job will be highly important in ensuring the sales team meets its goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Retail Sales Lead responsibilities include hiring and training sales advocates, monitoring inventory, and ordering merchandise based on demand. You will also research competitive products and analyze consumer behavior to ensure our store meets and exceeds our company and customers’ expectations.

As our chosen candidate, you will have retail management skills with a sharp business mindset. You should also be skilled at organizing and solving problems. Interpersonal and mediation skills will also be very useful since you’ll often be acting as a liaison between managers, employees, and customers.

Ultimately, the duties of the Retail Sales Lead are to make sure our stores operate effectively, and that we keep our customers happy.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Retail Operations Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
  • Coordinate daily sales and customer service operations (sales processes C.E.G, orders, and payments)
  • Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
  • Monitor and maintain store inventory
  • Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring/firing and training needs
  • Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
  • Coach and support new and existing Sales Advocates
  • Suggest sales training programs and techniques
  • Communicate with customers and evaluate their needs
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning
  • Handle complaints from customers
  • Attend Cricket Wireless Manager’s Call and Meetings
  • Research emerging products and use information to update the store’s

merchandise

  • Analyze reports and interpret retail data, like goals, % to plan to report, MTD reporting, EOM reporting
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functional and presentable
  • Make sure all employees adhere to the company’s policies and guidelines
  • Act as our store’s representative and set an example for our staff.
  • Ensure our customers get everything they need to make their experience unforgettable, and that means helping your team go the extra mile for their customers, solving the whole problem every time out.
  • No one likes to wait, customer wait times are to be as low as they can be
  • Stay current on all our products, services, and promotions, and help your team do likewise.
  • Help with sourcing talent and developing your store team through ongoing coaching and recognition
  • Finally, making sure the store always looks its best

Required Qualifications
