Level B: Employee has the knowledge to perform the more complex duties listed below:
- Develop new methods, techniques, form blocks, etc., to facilitate straightening and forming.
- Adjust and maintain heat, gas and hydraulic control systems within the maximum and minimum range.
- Use test equipment to determine conformity to engineering drawings.
- Work on parts of unusual complexity requiring exacting tolerances.
- Fabricate and assemble mechanical, structural or plumbing parts and assemblies.
- 1 year of experience in either: stretch press or heavy hand form
- All applicants must be willing and able to work any shift, including alternative work weeks. Majority of new hires will be hired on 2nd shift.
- All Candidates must pass the WorkKeys Assessment (workkeys.com) or provide verification that they have passed the WorkKeys Assessment. Delay in completing your WorkKeys Assessment will result in a delay in your start date. You may complete your assessment in advance of an interview.
