Looking for someone who cares about the safety and welfare of children. Seeking ideal candidate to monitor and document the interaction between parent(s) and child(ren) at designated facilities in Parker, Palo Pinto, Hood County, Johnson County and Tarrant

Need Monitors for the WHC, AWG, Weatherford, Cleburne, Arlington, Fossil Creek and Brentwood locations. We do our best to keep you close as possible to help with travel time and gas.

Job Location: White Settlement (WHC office-8509 Western Hills Blvd 76108), Forrest Hill (AWG office-7700 AWG way76140) Brentwood (Brentwood office- 6464 Brentwood Stair Rd 76112) (Fossil Creek office- 3950 Fossil Creek Blvd 76137) Cleburne (120 S. Westmeadow Drive Cleburne, TX 76033) Weatherford (300 S. Main St, Suites 100 & 205 Weatherford, TX 76086) Arlington (4360 Beltway Place, Suite 200 Arlington, TX 76018)

Job category: PART-TIME 1099 Subcontractor

Schedule: MON - FRI (occasional weekend visits possible). Visit lengths are generally 1-2 hours but can vary. Some visits may take place virtually via a remote platform such as Zoom or in the community. Your schedule will depend on your availability and based on how many cases you can do. Typically you can average at least 2-6 hours a day. Most average 15-20 a week.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, hours will vary depending on cases need

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, days only, Major Holidays off, No Weekends

Qualifications

Must have High school diploma, GED or equivalent

SUPERVISED VISITATION MONITOR REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be flexible with time during the day - visits can be morning, midday or evening
  • Must have dependable vehicle transportation
  • Must be reliable. Client and family depend on us to be there on time
  • Should possess a passion for children and their safety
  • Must agree to a comprehensive background check and drug screen
  • Must have the use of a PC, laptop, tablet, iPad, smartphone or other device to access our system
  • Must have internet access to submit required documentation electronically
  • Must possess the ability to work with and respect diverse cultures
  • Must comply with all confidentiality and HIPAA standards
  • Must have exceptional listening, visual and writing skills
  • MINIMUM 1 year of experience working with children and/or families in a social service capacity such previous supervised visitation experience or observing and recording activities such as the following: foster parenting, Nanning or babysitting history, teaching team sports that require monitoring and support, working with individuals to overcome physical challenges, nurse's aide experience
  • Must be computer literate and have computer skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No nights
  • No weekends
