Job Description
Supervises employees who test and/or inspect products to determine compliance with specifications.
Basic Qualifications
Apprentice graduate, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 4 years of applicable technical experience. OR Related Apprentice certification (i.e. NDT, Dimensional Control) & 0 Years. Master’s degree and 2 years relevant experience.
- 4 years of related exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelor’s degree.
- 8 years related non-exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelor’s degree and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior leadership experience is preferred with ability to oversee project teams and manage independent assignments. Candidate to have familiarity with certification and ships systems with preferred focus in: Propulsion Systems (Reactor Plant and Steam Plant), Propulsion Plant Cleanliness, SUBSAFE and Re-entry Controls requirements, Auditing, Welding, and Non-destructive testing process.
