We are seeking a full-time, highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support by performing a range of duties. You will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make copies of documents as required.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
- Enter data into spreadsheets and databases using Microsoft Excel.
- Draft letters and other correspondence as required.
- Keep the office organized and ensure that supplies are stocked.
- Assist with general office duties, such as answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Schedule appointments and organize meetings.
Requirements:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in all work.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Spanish preferred but not required.
