Wells Fargo is seeking a Systems Architect Senior Manager to manage architects supporting Application Architecture, Cloud and Modernization, Middleware and API under Enterprise Architecture within the Chief Technology Office (CTO) .

In this role, you will:
- Lead a team that develops and maintains business system and corporate architectures
- Lead in component architecture and participate in enterprise architecture activity
- Identify compliance and risk management requirements for supported areas
- Provide regulatory support
- Provide customer service by solving operational issues
- Support the unit's commitment to customers' satisfaction through fast and courteous service via telephone and written correspondence
- Process customer service requests such as address changes and statement copies
- Work under minimal supervision
- Fill customer orders with supervision
- Take and execute complex solicited or unsolicited investment orders in Sales or Trading Representative's absence
- Provide back-up for others and may provide training or work direction to less experienced staff
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Technology Architecture & Engineering
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
- 6+ years of Technology Architecture & Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of experience managing and leading architecture teams and architecture directions in complex hybrid cloud environment .
- 3+ years of experience in AZURE or GCP or AWS.
- Excellent verbal, Written communication skills and strategic thinking.
- Experience mentoring and hiring teams.
- Ability to address and influence cross functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment .
- Strong people leadership skills.
