Innovation Partners is seeking a Systems Director to support its recent implementation of Microsoft Dynamics GP across its business units and advance the integration of the system with its business processes to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow. Essential Job Functions:
Collaborate and partner with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, and finance) to ensure the design and functionality of Microsoft Dynamics GP is efficient and helping to create value for the organization.
- Implement and support software applications and related third-party integration
- Support end-user requests for saved searches, reports, key performance indicators, and dashboards
- Provide internal system / technical support to end-users, including training and proper system access for different roles
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend key technologies required to support and improve business processes based on Microsoft Dynamics GP
- Support change management and the new release process
- Provide front-line support for all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics GP, including data and report integrity
- Develop, document, and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity and change protocols
- Develop and execute on plans for managing overall information technology and security for the organization, including activities to be performed in-house or through third-parties to best manage the organization's information systems
- Configure Microsoft Dynamics GP to support transaction flow from source applications and systems
- Administer and support MS Office 365 and SharePoint
- Provide computer hardware and peripheral management
- Support information technologies, information security and risk management
- Lead data modeling software utilization, MS Power BI development
Experience/ Knowledge Required:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP or similar system (implementation and administration)
- Demonstrate understanding of all modules (Order to Cash and Fulfillment, Revenue Recognition, Procurement, GL, AP, AR, FA, etc.)
- Experience with segregation of duties
- Demonstrate understanding of business processes and requirements
- System integration experience
- Microsoft Dynamics GP Administrator-level knowledge of roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports, saved searches, dashboards, and forms to manage unique business process requirements
Skill and Ability Required:
Strong analytical skills and ability to research, simplify, and resolve complex issues; deep understanding of customizations and business processes as they relate to Microsoft Dynamics GP; knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; basic data analysis skills using Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.); and basic knowledge of TSQL.
