Job description:

· Onboarding and I9 experience- REQUIRED

· 1+ year(s) of previous HR experience preferred.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.

· Experience with HRIS systems preferred

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operates as main point of contact for new hire communication for all Onboarding related items

2. Responds in a timely and appropriate manner to all candidates with questions regarding onboarding and background and drug process.

3. Facilitates and adjudicates background investigations of new hires, including all follow up for missing or incomplete items.

4. Monitors background vendor activity in process, and work in tandem with vendors to promptly complete applicant background checks and drug screens.

5. Ensures new hire’s timely completion of all online onboarding paperwork.

6. Monitors recruiting mailboxes and ensure all messages are responded to appropriately.

7. Assists the recruiting team with posting positions on various job boards.

8. Supports recruiters by answering questions or escalating issues that may arise

9. Identifies process improvements and escalates issues to management and senior members of the team

10. Participates and supports team initiatives to drive continuous improvement efforts and projects

11. Performs other tasks and duties as assigned.

Duration of contract: 13 weeks

Shift: Days: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
