ERM is seeking a motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to work closely with our national Talent Acquisition Team. Based in any U.S. Location (Remote), you will be integral in managing recruiting and reporting activities for a dynamic and growth-focused consulting organization with offices throughout the United States and Canada. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, a master of prioritization, and is able to shift gears at a moment’s notice.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the talent acquisition function across ERM’s North American region, including providing strategic support to the TA Director and other senior members of the TA Team.
- Create new requisitions in Workday, and post to targeted job boards, social media and specialized university and professional association sites.
- Recommend new posting sources to increase exposure, increase qualified applicant pool, and enhance AA/EEO and diversity guidelines.
- Maintain Applicant Tracking System (Workday) for OFCCP compliance, for both requisitions and candidate profiles.
- Provide full-cycle recruiting support to assigned recruiters for their requisitions, ensuring an optimal candidate and hiring manager experience:
- Assist with reviewing incoming resumes and searching existing talent pools.
- Schedule candidate interviews (phone and in-person); arrange travel as required.
- Establish self as Workday “Super-user.” Work with high volumes of data for import/export and maintain data quality and talent pipelines.
- Manage Talent Acquisition reporting activities, developing recurring and ad hoc reports for ERM business leaders. Utilize knowledge with ATS and Excel to prepare comprehensive reports, analyzing data to understand internal metrics, along with industry and market trends. Identify opportunities to increase functionality and improve efficiency.
- Solve problems and produce solutions by offering suggestions, new ideas, or alternatives to improve or modify work processes; respond to urgent needs for information and analyses within expected timeframes.
- Proactive communication providing regular status updates with business leaders, HR team, candidates, hiring teams and external vendors.
- Adhere to the highest degree of professionalism and strict confidentiality on matters that require discretion.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors’ degree preferred. Or 8+ years' experience in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced ambiguous and changing corporate environment preferably as a Talent Acquisition/Recruiting/HR Coordinator or Executive Assistant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships with senior level leadership to include executives.
- Exceptionally professional and polished demeanor.
- Strong technical skills in various systems to include ATS, HRIS (Workday preferred) and MS Office Suite (Excel skills required).
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems based on a thorough due diligence of available information and deliver work according to assigned timelines.
- High attention to detail, ambition and motivation to take on responsibilities beyond the job, such as providing additional analyses or implications beyond an initial request.
- Team player with a strong work ethic, high sense of urgency, and motivation to see the overall team succeed.
