Johns Hopkins Community Physicians is currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator II to join our HR team. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator II will report to the HR Manager and will be responsible for ensuring a seamless, positive and consistent onboarding experience for all new providers within Johns Hopkins Community Physicians. Responsible for assisting the recruiters managing and coordinating of the onboarding process which includes scheduling interviews, occupational health screening, background checks, primary source on education and certification/licensure (if applicable), references, employment verifications auditing requisition information, preparing job postings, conducting phone screens, sourcing candidates and attending job fairs as needed. This position also ensures that staff are processed on a timely basis and entered into the HRIS system prior to start date.

Shift: Non-Exempt - Full-time - 40 hours per week
Requirements:
- Requires an Associate’s degree. Additional experience may substitute for the required education on a 2:1 basis. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Requires knowledge of standard PC word processing, spreadsheet and graphics applications.
- Microsoft Office experience required. SAP and Success Factors experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR federal and state laws and regulations.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in working with sensitive and personal information.
- Strong interpersonal skills including ability to establish and maintain a positive rapport and work well with a diverse population.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with proven ability to listen and express yourself in a tactful and courteous manner.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, execute with high attention to detail and consistently follow through on commitments.
- Ability to leverage strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to deal effectively with challenging customers.
- Familiar with HR policies and practices.
- Requires good working knowledge of labor laws and regulations, HR policies and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to deadlines.
- Strong office management, Word, Excel and data entry experience.
- Four years of multifaceted experience in HR required.
