The Talent Acquisition team at Constellation Behavioral Health is growing and seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our amazing team!
This position will start off as temporary, with the possibility of becoming a permanent role!
Constellation Behavioral Health is dedicated to creating and operating innovative treatment programs for adults with addiction, mental health and co-occurring disorders. Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for recruitment of high volume and/or professional positions for CBH and its associated facilities.
- Sourcing passive candidates.
- Manage hiring manager relationship and stay informed of recruitment needs.
- Develop robust candidate pools for clinical and non-clinical positions, as needed.
- Collaborates with department managers to identify accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Responsible for job posting and advertisement processes.
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
- Previous healthcare experience required, behavioral health strongly preferred
- Previous experience as a full life-cycle recruiter for 2 of the following 4 areas: (1) executive recruitment, (2) experienced professionals, (3) technical professionals, and/or (4) college/intern hiring.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to operate well with ambiguity and with rapidly evolving processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
