We are looking for a passionate and curious TA Partner to join the North America Talent Acquisition team. This role will support our operations and high-volume business areas in Risk operations and Customer Solutions across the United States and Canada. As the ideal candidate, you have experience identifying sources, generating interest to the PayPal organization.

Your experience with building pipeline, driving talent to the organization, and collaborating with the recruitment partners will help elevate candidate experience and execute our TA strategy. As part of the team, you will own talent sourcing activities across our operations business areas, partnering closely with recruiting and business teams to fully understand the needs of each business and the profiles of ideal candidates. This is an exciting time to join PayPal and you will be an integral part of an ever-growing and evolving team.

Based in Omaha, Austin, or a suitable remote location, you will support Risk and Commercial Operations organizations with over 8,000 employees.
