What we're looking for:

Tax & Accounting firm in Media/Springfield/Swarthmore area is looking for a full-time tax preparer/accountant

Responsibilities include:

• Meeting with clients while preparing individual & business tax returns
• Tax research
• Accounting and payroll duties
• Managing relationships with clients
• Admin tasks as needed, i.e., answering the phone, etc.
• Sense of team even if working independently
• Attention to detail and ability to self-correct is key

Requirements:

• Potential candidates should have at least one year of recent (worked during the years 2021 or 2022), hands-on (prepared and signed the tax returns), professionally supervised (self-prepared returns do not count), tax preparation experience. Accounting, payroll experience preferred
• An active PTIN
