Position: Team Leader - Pigeon Forge
Position Description: Team Leaders exist to encourage, serve, and empower their team to uphold our service and hospitality standards. They are ultimately responsible for the success or failure of a shift. The ideal TL is excited to be flexible and creative in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

How Team Leaders Serve Our Guests and Our Team:
- Leading and communicating with a team of 4-7
- Creating a fun, positive atmosphere
- Opening and closing the store
- Ensuring operational excellence on shift by:
- Making sure games start on time
- Facilitating team member breaks
- Upholding TEG standards
- Addressing maintenance issues
- Managing cash/inventory
- Ensuring each guest has a five-star experience
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 months of experience and mastery of the Game Guide and GES positions.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with 1-2 years experience in a guest-facing setting preferred.
- Flexible availability. This role often works nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Must be able to handle physical activity as it relates to the job such as deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs and minor game repairs.
- Quickly resetting numerous locks, drawers, shelves, and game components within specific time frames outlined in training.
