Cobb Technologies is hiring for the position of Technical Alignment Manager(TAM) / vCIO!

In this position, you will:
- Help lead a team responsible for retaining Cobb's managed services clients
- Act as a consultant and technical advisor for our managed services clients by providing exceptional service while meeting client goals as budgeted, as well as continuously generating revenue via new client and project acquisition
- Engage customers regularly to build relationships and become a trusted source for technological growth and solution sales
- Report directly to our Vice President Director of Managed Services
To excel at this position, you will:
- Communicate effectively with both C-Suite clients and your IT team
- Have extensive and current knowledge of networking and IT products / solutions
- Know how to effectively and quickly manage teams and resources to address issues as they arise
- Have a key understanding of common SMB technology needs, and the ability to communicate to their needs
- Have 3-5 years of experience selling managed services
- Have a minimum of a high school diploma, preferred; BS with focus in engineering or technology
