Schedule: Monday - Friday - 7.5 Hours/Day, 260 Days/Year
Salary: Based on education and experience between the range of $62,658.06 to $78,322.57.

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The technology team at the CAIU provides innovative services to the CAIU and school districts in Cumberland, Dauphin, Perry and Northern York counties. If you are interested in supporting education in our region and enjoy working in the area of technology, please consider applying for the Technical Business Analyst position. The Technical Business Analyst will work with the Technology Development Team and other stakeholders on application development projects by gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing business needs, and communicating functions to end-users and clients in order for them to better understand technical issues and updates pertaining to the projects.

KNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS:

Education Required: Bachelor's Degree required.

Other Qualifications: One to three years of business analysis experience with/for a group of diverse users and technologies; Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills; Experience performing business analysis activities; Proficient in technical writing; Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple project assignments; Desire to continuously improve current knowledge of the latest relevant technologies to stay abreast of trends in current market; Understanding of educational tools and technologies; Working knowledge of databases (e.g. SQL, Access); Experience gathering user related requirements for applications development.
