We are looking for a Technical / Engineering Recruiter to join our Direct Hire Recruiting Team. As a Panther Recruiter, you will contribute to our next phase of growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring top engineering talent for our clients. You will also ensure an optimal candidate experience through our delivery of recruitment best practices.
This is a hybrid position (2 days in-office, 3 days remote).
Responsibilities:
- Using industry-best recruiting tools to engage with all kinds of talented people, providing them with a great candidate experience at every stage of our recruitment process
- Keep up-to-date records and make sure our systems are compliant and have accurate data about candidates, prospects, and new hires
- Achieve recruitment quality and quantity targets by implementing successful recruitment practices, including offer preparation
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team continually improve our recruitment practices and processes
Requirements:
- College Degree
- At least 6 months of experience in a recruiting role--experience recruiting engineering or technical candidates is a plus
- Attitude, aptitude, and curiosity
- Strong organization and communication skills
- The desire and work ethic to become a great recruiter
