Job Description

A critical company position as the primary liaison for technical questions from our customer base requiring strong communication skills and the ability to understand and troubleshoot problems remotely.

A successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Functioning in a fast-paced customer support environment which will require the ability to examine, question, and troubleshoot technically complex issues.
  • Representing your customers problem; working with engineering and technical bench teams to find a solution.
  • Working with our customers and RMA teams to truly understand the customer’s issue and whether a return is needed as well as secondary troubleshooting support with the customer on returned products that have no problem found.

A successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • An unwavering commitment to the empathy of the customer. Solar design is a very complex topic, put yourself in their shoes, and create a positive outcome.
  • The ability to be a critical thinker that can research and verify information provided either online, through manuals, or with the engineering and technical bench teams.
  • A desire to be a team player that is teachable, coachable, and eager to learn and master new technical topics.
  • A commitment to a 40-hour work week with flexible lunch and break schedules to ensure support coverage.

Qualifications:

  • Strongly believes in the value and benefit of solar and is willing to grow with the company and industry

Must be willing to work 11am-8pm and have Saturday availability

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
